Me, My guru – on receiving grace and on the power of Grace!

Today, it seemed we all had come with our baggage of frustrations, anger and expectations to our Guru’s place. We didn’t even let her have breathing time. Maybe, that’s how we react when emotions are highly disturbed and and agitated!

We bombarded our accusations and anger through our questions “Maam, you say work your own magic! I can’t do magic for you”. But we have read many times that “A Guru can heal all your Karma. A guru’s grace can work wonders in your life”. What do you have to say about it then? Do you mean that all that is written about Guru’s grace being all-powerful is wrong?”

She took her time to settle and adjust her saree. She drank water from her glass. She even gave instructions to bring tea and some biscuits. And only then, she replied in the usual gentle way “But of course! A Guru’s grace can move mountains. It can heal one’s karma too! There is no doubt about that! But as all ‘good offers’ come with a small print underneath that reads “T & C apply!” So it is with Guru’s grace and karma. Guru can heal your karma provided you're worthy of it”.

She raised her answer stopping us from asking and continued “Your next question would be ‘What is the use of receiving Guru’s grace if we are already worthy of it? is it not odd?”

So, let me explain this with an example. See, Guru’s blessing as ‘Sun’. Sun doesn’t shower its sunlight differently on the residents of this planet – be it plants, animals, or humans. He gives the same to all. But, if the person sits in A/c rooms – day after day and develops Vit D deficiency, can he blame Sun for it?”

Maybe, realizing our nature and way of thinking she immediately said “Of course he can, but would he be justified in his accusations? Is it not his duty to step out and bask in the Sun to absorb vitamin D from the Sun?

Grace healings for Swathi and Kshitija – for expressing gratitude the right way!

 

Swathi and Kshitija didn’t just say the usual “empty words of gratitude – thankyou Guruji, thankyou reiki” as a form of gratitude.

They didn’t take “grace healing (Swathi) and financial abundance (Kshitija) as their right. They didn’t feel entitled to receive it! They realized they needed to share the abundance they received with others and what better way than to share it with Mother Earth! (though this is not the only way!)

There are so many ways you can show gratitude (if there is and if that gratitude is genuine!!). One of the ways is to do Earth Healing! And for overcoming that nature (at least this once), I am showing my appreciation by sending these both kids “Grace Healings” for the next 3 days!

So you see, as one gives he receives! And then he gives out of gratitude and he receives yet again and more too! And the cycle continues! This is the “Cycle of abundance”. This is the “Cycle of returns”!

Anyone reading these posts on “Grace Healings” will (I hope I am clear in explaining how one becomes eligible to receive Grace healings!) understand how to work for it. One will know how to become eligible for Grace from the divine too! It’s all about being honest, genuine in the right direction. No need to market your goodness. If your intent is right, it will be noticed even in small acts and the same will be rewarded in the way “Universe/Reiki” decides to bless (here you can demand the grace to come in the certain way).

Come let’s become eligible to receive Grace by developing the required qualities and expressing them!

Let’s forget about crying and begging for grace!

Let’s not pick the nitbits from the ground!

Let’s receive our due by way of rewards, not as some alms!!!

Lesson to be learnt:

Many more must have sent it.

But, they didn’t give the feed back. So, they didn’t receive Grace healings!

So, do we need to ‘propagate’ to the Universe, World and God about our good deeds to receive the bounty – absolutely NO!

Never talk about the good that you have done. That is the best way to heal your karma!

But, also you can’t feel jealous that the other you had expressed their good work is getting praised.

You also can’t complain that you didn’t receive ‘grace healings’ in spite of having healed!

You can’t expect appreciation for the work done unless explicitly stated.

So – for a sadhak, it is imperative that you do all work in silence and yet not expect any returns – either in kind or otherwise for the same.

Then, why separate rules for the blog?

This post is a reply to all those questions, accusations, anger that people have for
such posts - 

"Grace healings for healing the Earth!

Sending Reiki to Swathi and Kshitija for healing the Earth on regular basis. They are showing the gratitude in one of the right ways!"

People just stop at “empty words” of “thank you maam, thank you Guruji, thank you Reiki” and think they are grateful, they have shown gratitude. And not only that they even are arrogant about that. How sad is that??!!

Gratitude is not a word. If it is genuine then it reflects in actions – without fail. People want to get away with empty words. And they suffer the consequences of their “actions” and then they cry at such times.

Imagine your Company says “Thank you” and may even give you a card – a huge one every month in exchange for all your services (job) and sends you home without your pay packet. How grateful and joyous would you be? But, you want the other person to be happy and grateful (to you) with empty words? You want them to do Reiki to you and your desires – stating “But you are a Guru and you SHOULD DO IT MAAM??!!!!”

God SHOULD DO FOR YOU.

Guru SHOULD DO FOR YOU.

Parents SHOULD DO FOR YOU.

And when it comes to you doing anything for them, “but I have a life know maam. When will I get to sleep/take rest? I have to save, how can I pay fees/money for Pooja/gifts?”

You are angry and say “God is egoist for seeking money from us and pooja from us. Why can’t he just give what we desire?”

“Maam is money minded when the time to pay fees comes. Maam is greedy if she asks for long-pending dues. Maam is selfish and what not!” does the same not hold good for you demanding salaries from your Company in exchange for your service?

Then, how come rules are different when it comes to pay for my services?

It is called double standards! And yet, I am the “BAD GUY” here.

God is the bad guy.

Parents are bad when they seek something from you. But, what they did all these years is “but all parents do no maam? And then, they are parents. They are supposed to do for their kids?”

How selfish! How greedy! How manipulative! And yet, you are “good people??”

Wake up to reality.

The day you face yourself honestly is the day your healing ACTUALLY starts! Till then all that you are doing is ‘plastic surgery’. It may serve some purpose but the actual damage is not being addressed.

Wake up. Own up your nature. Look at your intentions. Understand them. First ACCEPT THEM. Then, know them and their reason to be. Sit and meditate.

(DO NOT WRITE A MAIL EXPLAINING HOW GOOD A PERSON YOU ARE)

HEAL, heal and heal yourself – only outgrowing the lower nature is the answer to have that respect for yourself – in your eyes!

Till then, you are only beating around the bush!

Wake up – it’s high time!

Grace can't be demanded.

Grace is not an entitlement!

Grace is not your right!

Grace is not received by acting "victim"

Grace is not received by "crying"!

Grace is earned! Know it and earn it!

Next, we need to change for better and right way of living.

Last and most important – forgive others before seeking forgiveness for self. If you ‘demand’ forgiveness from God/Universe/Guru through Reiki, be the first to forgive your perpetrators.

If you come up with reasons to call them names, to justify your feelings of wanting to hurt them or killing them, so does Universe/guru have reasons to send to you what you deserve. If you still hold grudge on others, how can you receive ‘grace’?

‘Grace’ is received ONLY by the simple and pure in heart. Leave behind your lust, demands, hatred and being adamant and demanding – and lo! Grace flows from heavens above drenching you with abundance beyond your wants and needs. It doesn’t descent as per your worthiness but as per ‘His Capacity’.

Now it is up to us to decide if we will use Reiki to get things as per worthiness.

‘OR’

Use it to heal ‘our wrong attitudes’ and make us eligible to receive ‘His Grace’!

Choice is yours to make!

Right to choose is yours!

May your mind guide you to your betterment!

May you have clarity to see through your mind’s wrong sense of logic and arguments!

May you choose for your own good!

The one common statement that I get to hear a lot is “I want to receive special treatment from you/God/Reiki. Well, I found that I have given this opportunity last year and I am repeating that offer again this year too!

This sadhan also entitles us to receive from the Universe. That is the best part of this sadhan. But, you can’t do with that in mind. The entire sadhan is about being with the “ACT” rather than the bonus at the end of the day. So, be with it. Enjoy the process. And be blessed!

One disclaimer: DON’T THINK YOU CAN ENCASH THIS GRACE IN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR DESIRE! And then don’t come complaining that your desire is not fulfilled. Grace works in its own area and at its Will! That is the rule of “Grace”.

In this example, the Sun’s rays are your Guru’s blessings and grace. Being indoors reflects a lack of right attitudes. This causes ‘deficiency’ in our lives”.

By now tea was served. We drank. The tension in the air was gone. We regained our calm. Our anxiety and anger just vanished. Was it the effect of ‘this place’? we always wondered about this!!! We also felt it could be because of her presence. But we never found the answer – yet!

“Then, what is the use of Guru’s blessings? We anyhow wouldn’t benefit from it because of our unworthiness. Right?” asked Vijaya.

Wow! What a difference in the way this question was asked! And how full of negativity was the first question asked? Today, I noticed the difference. I was totally taken aback noticing one more miracle of today – her response, stance and tone – everything was the same for both the questions.

There was no change in the way she answered. That really was a divine miracle. And how have we missed out on seeing, validating or appreciating it all these years?! The loss – of course, was ours – all the way!!??

Why only the “SELECTED FEW ARE RECEIVING THE GRACE HEALINGS”?

For all the following and related comments, suggestions(??), questions (really?) like:

a.But sending only for a few is partiality.

b.A Reiki Master/God/Reiki SHOULDN’T AND CAN’T behave so. It is so WRONG ON THEIR PART. I condemn that!

c.What do you lose if you send to all instead of us instead of for a few?

d. You make your own rules and that is not fair. You are answerable to us and owe us your “Grace healings” as and when we desire it, want it, demand it, ask for it or seek it.

There are many more such feelings, emotions, statements in the list, but I am sure you get the point.
