Easy or the right way!
When things go wrong in our life or
it is so easy to sit and cry
it is much more easier to cry and complain
easier too is to find fault in other's doing or non-doing
and this easier path gives us pain and suffering
and all we get is pity
but
but there is also a right way
right way to do things and be
time spent in crying and cribbingfault-finding and suffering
can be put to good use
to gain strength or to sit in sadhan
instead of seeking solace from someone outside of us
let's go within and find that strengthlet's use techniques that pulled us up
the previous time that we slipped so
and cried and felt helpless
the same technique that helped us then
are good enough to see us through now too.....
seek not pity
seek not a shoulder to cry
how many more times will others 'take care' of you?
it's time you learn to get up on your own
fortill the time you learn to do so,
you'll end up coming to this very spot again and again
going in circles
do you want to rot in your life?
think and think right!

(PS : If you are lazy/depressed/sad enough to not even read the links given then no point seeking help .........know you are happy being sad and being where you are. You want to be sad and no one - ABSOLUTELY NO ONE is responsible for your state of affairs. What you do with your life is in your hands - literally as reiki channel and yet......you want others to treat you as invalid and take care of you - think about it!

When one feels sad, depressed and compelled to defend themselves they adamantly put aside what they should be doing. They only focus on their fears and worries, and try to hold onto it, never wondering who they are defending against. In my experience 99.99% of the times we are defending against ourselves. It’s a choice between our victim mentality vs. our wisdom.
Our good karma from our past comes to our aid through healing techniques, our guides etc. If we are able to keep our adamant mind aside and follow our guru’s instructions with an open mind then we will be able to develop the strength to let go of our past and cruise through any and every, present or future issues. Just need to have an open mind and follow the guidance.
Many times when we are facing issues and are feeling stuck, but the moment we decide to ramp up our meditations based on our master’s teachings we start developing the right attitude to face life. I am amazed to see the changes in our conversations from that point onwards. Only a person who trusts their master and makes consistent effort to follow guidance, has the ability to bounce back quickly from any situation.
Love and light,
Supriya
