Who's the best of all?

Me,My Guru

Who’s the best of all?

"I feel so depressed, lonely, angry and frustrated with life. Why am I to suffer so much in life and yet receive so little from life?” This was Ratna complaining in between her tears. “Yesterday, I met my friend Chandra and she said “do you know about Surekha? She’s in US and has 30 patents in her name. She’s a famous scientist/inventor”. She kept talking but I lost her. That much was enough to put me through this pain of depression, anger etc. She is just my classmate and she never scored more than me too! I am better looking than her and yet look at her success. And where am I? A simple school teacher! Why? Why such an injustice is meted
on to me always? Where did I go wrong? Why couldn’t I be so successful?” her voice had become high-pitched and shrill. I could sense the level of frustration in her voice. But, what I found and felt bad about was that she was vomiting it on our Guru who was no where in picture. How could anger on someone be shown on some other person? Was it not bad? Did she not realize that? These thoughts engaged my senses so much that I didn’t hear what said later.

“There was a stone-cutter sweating under hot sun. He was cutting stones since morning as he would and was doing since ages. Thirst made him feel tired as sweat drenched his body completely. He sat down tired, thirsty and feeling very low. He thought “? How come my fate is so bad as to slog so much yet receive so little in life?

"If only I was the sun, I would be the Most Powerful Person on earth."

Now it so happened that there was a forest fairy on the tree under which our wood-cutter sat and complained. Fairy took pity on him and decided to fulfill his wish so that he could be happy and satisfied. And lo! He became the ‘Sun’.”

This was not the first time she was bursting into story in reply to our queries or question. Yet I enjoyed it every time. It was a surprise that she came up with some story for every question asked. She seemed to be a treasure trove of stories. Many times, I didn’t understand how the question was answered even after listening to the story that she told but I enjoyed the stories every single time. Yes, even the story that I knew or had read somewhere, I enjoyed it fully when she narrated it. She made every story come alive. I had lived every story that I had heard from her.

Hi Mam,

Felt very nice reading the last few lines of this post... I always wanted to tell you the same but don't know why I kept postponing and finally today I thought the time has come..

There are several questions which keep coming in my mind too as an when I listen to any God's life story or see any pooja going on etc.... & instead of searching for answers online or asking any pandit ... I always prefer asking ONLY you here..because I always feel the Joy/Bliss of listening to the stories, explanations from you.... As an when the date in the calendar changes.. I keep getting curios to listen to the continuation of story or the explanation where you had written

"..contd...."

Kind of developed more faith that what ever you say will only be correct..... with scores of theories written about god and our culture in books, told in person, posted online..its very confusing sometimes which one to believe, since we have faith on you ...always prefer to listen to your explanation.. :) :)

Sometimes I see that you post it early morning at 3 or 4 or sometimes in the evening 6pm and until I see the continuation post I keep logging onto this blog again and again to read the remaining part....believe me sometimes I get so curios that when I do not see that day's post I cross check the URL thinking if by mistake I have gone to some previous page from history..and the current days post might be on a different page :)

& Really believe me mam.... It gives me immense pleasure and bliss to read all your posts...sometimes I understand, sometimes I don't, sometimes I read it again trying to understand & sometimes I feel it has went over my head! ha ha ...

But Yes, the Curiosity, the Interest never dies! All thanks to you... You choose sooooo many ways to explain a single topic so that each of us can understand ..this certainly is not an easy task ... :)

Thanks once again mam for Typing sooo many pages on this blog since the start...

Thank you Guruji & Thank you Reiki for blessing us with a Guru like Revathi Mam

:) :) :) :) :)

my entire exercise is to help you understand or see facts for what they are....so if you don't (it applies to all!) understand any post/blog please ask then and there so that i can try explaining it in some other way.......our journey would be worthwhile only if you understand what i am trying to explain......
and reg. god/pooja etc once you understand the TRUTH no two explanations are contradictory...there will be no confusion....it is there only till understood completely...and i pray that that day comes soon in each of your life.........
