Contd....
Need for pain
So
instead of crying about it, complaining about it, use it to your advantage. Your
emotions are your thermometer. It indicates your state of mind and where the
problem is! Just sit to heal that problem area and you’ll come out of this ‘tough
times’ a better, stronger, calmer person than you can imagine today! DO NOT LET
GO OFF THIS PERIOD OF HEALING YOURSELF!
Where
ever be the problem and disturbance in your life, hold on. As times come to
normal things will fall in place automatically and magically too for those you
have been in sadhan during this tiring times! Remember when Lord Rama went to
vanvas (went to live in forest as penance) he was just a ‘Prince of Ayodhya’. But
when he came back after going through his 14 years of testing time, he was ‘Maryada
Purushottam’ – “Man who respected and followed Dharma or righteousness of that
Time Always’. He is the ‘Ultimate Man’ - Man who lived by ‘dharma’ at all times
and under all circumstances. His trials and ‘bad times’ gave him an opportunity
to grow from Prince to Maryada Purushottam.
Let’s
remember this always – “apne har mushkil se haske milo, na jaane kaun sa
mushkil tumhara bhagya badal de”.
This
applies to Rama. This also applies to Kishoreda story at the start of this post!
This applies to each one of our lives…….so, instead of being afraid of this
testing and turning times, let’s look at it in its eyes and say ‘bring it on’ I
am going to surf on the high waves of this ocean called life!!!
Accept it, heal it, face it, understand it, accept it, transform it, heal it and then transcend it.Our journey has all this and more. It is a joyous and a very adventurous ride. Enjoy it. The journey is worth all this ONLY because of all that this journey has to offer it. The joy and the sense of achievement is not in reaching the goal - that is a very pale need and reason to go on this journey. At every step, at every small progress made and every fall realised and corrected, every step which falters strengthened - all this makes this journey a joyous one! Enjoy it. Be with it! And take glory of this journey for all it offers!
Tum mere sher puttar ho – you are my lion hearted sons. So fear not, doubt not! You have it in you. Be fearless and celebrate whatever life throws at you with a smile!
Rest not O Lions! For victory is yours for asking!
