Me, my Guru – on forgiveness and punishment
We nodded our heads even now. We all related to ‘our set of miracles’ due to sadhan and healing which we had experienced umpteen number of times. We shared our stories with each other. Why didn’t these experiences build our trust? Why was our emotion run by our desires put God, Guru and sadhan on trial even after so many years? We didn’t require any explanation from anyone. Our diary was proof of the ‘miracles’ that were poured on us due to healing. And still, our ingratitude and ego which was steeped in the feeling of entitlement made us throw taunts in the guise of questions again and again on our Guru. Why we didn’t realize that ‘this attitude’ also would come back someday to hurt us?
So many questions and all related to only one person – ourselves. And in spite of it, we had our excuses not to meditate or sit with ourselves to understand the self.
How
sad was our choice?
In
healing, we had a long way to go, but for today we called it a day!
