revisit old posts!

revisit old posts!

Not every time we need new techniques to address our issue...

not every time we need a story to explain a point...

not every time we need an explanation to understand something....

sometimes, sometimes all we need is a remainder of something forgotten, something of the past to get back on tracks....

sometimes all that we need is something we have heard a million times - and that one repeated again is just enough no that is just what is needed right now to help us tide through the time.....and see the issue at hand.....

may be this today is that day - where we need to just remember what we learnt, heard, read - something to fall back on to move forward.......

tell what comes to your mind - that would be something that other would need and he will tell what comes to his mind and that would be your answer...be light unto each other.........

Let go,

Read the complete article on knowing myself.
Doing let go technique couple of times a day. This is helping me to cope up and keep me in a better position.

I like this post... what comes to my mind is - why are we continuing to run around...
There is no where to go and nothing to do... let's just be "Here & Now"...  let's Just Be... Life is happening only "Here & Now"... In this stillness of "Here & Now", let's allow ourself to be open for the light to flow in and lead us in the most natural and spontaneous direction...

I remember this from one of our classes. I hope I remember it correctly.

There is ‘lack of peace’ due to pain. We feel pain because of
1. Getting what we don’t want
2. Not getting what we want

This happens when we use all or any of the following:
1. Data
2. Memory
3. Reasoning
When we see things for that they are, and listen/read as-is (instead of using the above three), we will not be in pain.

I try to remember this lesson whenever I start having an unsettling feeling about something and try to remove the factor causing it.

Thanks!

Typo error - I meant to say ‘ When we see things for *what* they are’
