on meditation!



Every person should meditate atleast for 15 minutes every day, unless of course one is busy - then he should meditate for one hour.

Meditation is not about silencing your mind and controlling your thoughts and emotions, it is to see that they don't control you and your actions.

Prayer is when you talk to God and meditation is when HE talks to you.

Meditation gives you a clarity and understanding that when someone says 'you have changed, it means you have stopped living your life their way' and that actually is good.

It gives you strength to accept that you and your decisions are not responsible for someone else's happiness just as their expectations can't be the ground of your decision making
