On gratitude and suffering

…contd…..

Yes, you can choose this option too. No one can question you on that. It’s your life and you and you are responsible to express it your way. You can express it any way! My job is to tell the options and their repercussions and depending on your desire and want, you can take your call.

Now, when you choose to look at people responsible (supposedly for your situation/ suffering, then the emotion generated is pain, anger, hatred, let down, victimised, complaining, crying, suffering and what not. And none of these feelings give you hope or happiness. So, the energy generated in toto in ONLY negative. You already are in the mess and you want to get out of it ASAP (I presume) then if you generate negative energy you’ll receive more of that and that will stop help coming your way, create more health or other problems and even block and stop blessings and reiki sent your way do their job. So, your healing would thus be postponed and you will end up experience this painful time for an extended period – all thanks to your own hard work.

Instead, if you are grateful for what you have ‘now’ with you and count your blessings, then the energy generated are – happiness and abundance because you are looking at your blessings. Happiness and abundance generated will attract more of this energy and you’ll receive more of it ONLY and that is a perfect antidote to your present situation. And lo! Even before you realize you’ve attracted positive energies so much that you are out of the mess that you were afraid of facing yesterday.

And last but not the least, remember to do and be in sadhan even after the ‘SUN’ shines i.e., when your good time returns. That is one thing never followed, with excuses like “very busy maam, don’t have time” etc.  Remember, you are not doing sadhan for me, but for yourself. This resolution is like the resolution we take when are in hospital or in bed that we would be careful with our diet and exercise regime, but the moment we fall in routine all our resolutions go for a toss and with ‘supposedly good excuses’. Don’t play this ‘smart game’. You are not fooling others by getting away with these ‘logical excuses’ but yourself. So please, please be in sadhan every day of your life. Sadhan doesn’t mean ‘putting symbol to get bus or auto’. Sadhan means hands-on, let-go meditation agnihotram and like .
