Bhaktha and his bhakti – Guru Shishya – My Guru and Me

Bhaktha and his bhakti – Guru Shishya – My Guru and Me

This happened often here. We came with one question but went back with answer for questions we didn’t even ask. At times, we had those questions with us for years and yet they were never asked or were forgotten. Still, we received our answers – for questions asked and unasked too!

“I don’t agree! Many times, I didn’t even get answer for my question asked” complained Vaishnav.

“That’s because of our closed minds, attitudes and adamant nature” replied Rahul.

Some of us agreed to that!

We related it to our experience. But Vaishnav couldn’t accept Rahul’s explanation too. We let it be! There was no point continuing to explain it to him.

Image result for universal law of karma quotesImage result for character and destiny quotes“So you see” started our Guru starting immediately after she returned to her seat “Even God’s knew the characters and intentions of Asuras when you sought boons. They still were granted them. Not because Gods were fooled by their behaviour or their praise. They earned it by their ‘sadhan’*. But their intention being wrong they bore the brunt of their wish fulfillment by meeting their ends as their wish were fulfilled! What an irony! If God’s won’t stop giving boons to these Asuras why should I stop my doors and lectures to these people who come with wrong intentions? I don’t have to close my doors to them. I can teach all that I want to teach and they need to learn. They still will absorb only what ‘they deserve’. That is for sure! Even if their intentions are hidden from me (which many times is not as we knew) their karma and their intentions will take them towards their destiny of their downfall only. This is governed by Universal Law and Divine who oversees all and rules all! I don’t have to do HIS job. He knows to get it right through me!”

(*sadhan – loosely translated in English could be interpreted as ‘hard work’ done to heal self or earn points seeking favours from the demi-gods/Gods above!)

  • We don't have to play God and punish people...
  • Just work on your emotions and feelings and their karma will catch up with them sooner than later
  • Why do you have to incur 'bad karma' by punishing or hurting people who have wronged you? Develop your character and make it so strong enough to move on beyond these little idiosyncrasies of little people.

Questions answered :
  • How to hurt people who hurt you?
  • Why should we let people who are bad and wrong get away with their actions?
  • What happens to peoples' bad intentions and actions when they think they have gone scot-free...?
  • What is the Universal Law of retribution and how it works?

regarding healing and comments

regarding healing and comments shared.....

Swathi and Supriya shared a wonderful experience of theirs where their wish was not fulfilled and they realised that it is for their good.....glad to hear about such realisations.......

i am sure more others would give such wonderful insights with their experiences.......

70 Powerful And Inspirational Quotes On Healingwhat we can learn from such experiences is that our 'desire' is based on our limited view of our needs and facts that we hold in our hand and small head.....but Reiki knows All About us and our future too - so even when things don't work out know reiki is working for us -protecting us from our own wants and desires being fulfilled....it is protecting us from ourselves.......

Heal Quotes | Heal Sayings | Heal Picture Quotes

and yes unfortunately even to understand that and validate that we need to have healed that part that lets us see this miracle happen on daily basis in our lives and be grateful for what it has not let happen in our lives too.......

Socrates - From the deepest desires often come the...
Desire by its nature gives pain. Some by getting fulfilled.
Some by remaining unfulfilled.
Unfulfilled desires can be just deferred fulfillment too - at times!

And yet we swear in anger because it is delayed assuming they never would be fulfilled!

Desire Quotes | noblequotes.com/ | Desire quotes, Wise words ...

Desires don't get fulfilled for various reason.
Some just because of the nature of 'that particular desire'.
Some because of our karma or destiny.
Some just because it is not the time.
and some just by coincidence.......

Measure patience | Ibn al-Qayyim
And to think we get angry and throw that anger on people whom we 'suppose' are responsible for that 'fulfillment' and punish them with our words and acts - is it right?

Every woman who heals herself helps heal all the women who came ...
When the wish gets fulfilled ultimately can we take back the hurt that we gave people on whom we downloaded our anger? If not what right do we have to throw at them in the first place? And yet, we think THEY are wrong!

Can a simple sorry make good the loss? If yes, would you take it when others hurt you and just throw a 'sorry' or a emoji on you?
Would you accept when the think they can get away with their acts and words that they put on  you?

Treat others as you would be treated!
If you do a good deed for other people you will end up healing ...
only when we heal enough can we actually be aware of all this.......

accept it or leave it - but the fact remains so.......

everyone - keep sharing such wonderful experiences of yours on daily basis till this 'corona time' is over.........should i add it as my request?

Me, my Guru – on heaven and hell

Contd......

Me, my Guru – on  heaven and hell

Don't search for heaven and hell in the future. Both are now
Others also knew they had no choice. They knew their pain and their bodies demand for rest! They knew their prayers were answered through that Master and lo! They thanked the Master. These warriors knew that to even survive in any battle both the Master and the animal – like horses and elephants should be healthy, active and energetic. It was sheer madness to fight continuously too! So resting at right time was also part of ‘waging battles and wars’. So they seized this opportunity to revive their tired bodies, mind and intellect. They did the same for the animals too!

As the end of the month came nearer the hell group of soldiers were tired, moody, angry and restless.

J. B. Priestley - To different minds, the same world is a...

But the second group was totally revived, relaxed and come to love the life of forest so much that they were in heaven. They created it. They owned it!

Quotes about Heaven And Hell (441 quotes)Later when the war started the first ‘hell group’ fell ill, hurt, got wounded and many even died in the battles that they fought.

The ‘heaven group’ was so healthy and happy that they faced with war with immense strength and though were wounded got revived faster and they got to live on to see many more battles.

Destiny & the Choices We Make - Healing and Transformation

Each created his or her own destiny with the choice of hell and heaven at every cross road of life. With every bump in road we decide our destination – hell or heaven.

Questions answered :

  • What decides our choices and what are the consequences of our choices?
  • Who writes our destiny?
Points to be understood  and food for thought:

  • If our choices are the basis of our destiny, then whom are we to blame for the situation that we are in?
  • Where should we actually direct our anger?
  • If we are in a situation that we are not comfortable in, then who actually is responsible for that?
  • How do we put our power to write our destiny to good use?
Healthy tips:

If you want to eat those oily snacks favourite of every Indian - be it pakodas, samosas, bajjis etc - go ahead and eat it. Just remember to exercise before eating say for 15mts and then 15 mts later .......these two 15mts are more than the usual time of exercise that we need to do on daily basis...........

don't think it is very tedious or boring. Having healthy habits is not an option. It is a gift you give unto yourself.

Even our "weakness" can be put to good use if only we start thinking right!

Use your desire or weakness for snacks etc to good use. Use it as an excuse to exercise more. Before long you'll possess a body you so wanted to own since long........not just a good looking body but a fit and fine one too.....this way not only can you put in all the hours needed to work to have your desires fulfilled, but you can also have strength to enjoy your life your way.......

Denial of our weakness is not the path for weak minded.......but putting or making our weakness work favourably can be done with little smart thinking.......

Think about it and work on it.........

if weakness is to watch movies -then do reiki while watching Tv. Keep a list of things which needs to be healed. While watching keep sending to the list one after the other and see your list of healing to be done completed effortlessly. During Ad breaks walk, walk and walk. Inside the house but walk . That way your walking is almost done. Next during songs (most of them are not good) then do yoga........

see think - you can do more than you can imagine if you ask yourself "how do I do it?" instead of "well, I can't do this now, right?".......

Bhaktha and his bhakti – Guru Shishya – My Guru and Me

Bhaktha and his bhakti – Guru Shishya – My Guru and Me

Image result for character and destiny quotesAditi approached her husband for impregnation during the boons hours of the day and hence children came out to be “light being” or more famously called “devas”, full of sattva guna, whereas Diti’s desire to mate at untimely hours (sandhya kale – a time when Shiva’s ganas return to Kailash). Knowing the consequence of such act at that hour Kashyapa Muni tried to reason with his wife but desire clouded her understanding capacity and she had her desire fulfilled. The resultant children born to her though powerful as of the great Saptarishi Kashyapa Muni were tamasic or demonic in nature and came to be called as “Daityas”, later identified as “Asuras”. The meaning associated with the word being “demonic in nature”. Daityas means “born of Diti” and Adityas means “born of Aditi”. That’s how names were given in those days and in Sanskrit.”

Image result for character and destiny quotes
We all were surprised well most of us. Yes, we knew bits and pieces of this story but how the name came about and how in spite of being step or half-brothers, they became mortal enemies – forever to come – ONLY because of their “attitude” disposition was so strong - that was news to us.

Image result for character and destiny quotes
“Devas because of their ‘sattva gunas’ – attitudes like self-restraint, being benevolent, protecting the weak and right, purity and so on and so forth were given ‘Swargaloka’(heaven). They were also given powers and positions of being guardians of the world.

Image result for character and destiny quotes
But ‘asuras’ or Daityas did not receive any powerful position to rule any aspect of the Universe – though they were given ‘patala loka’ (their domain and region) to prosper. Envy, greed and power hungry ‘asuras’ hence kept waging wars with devas at regular period to gain supremacy and sovereignty over the worlds” she paused a bit longer than usual before continuing “and hence enmity and gap between them widened over generations".

Bhaktha and his bhakti – Guru Shishya – My Guru and Me

 Contd.....

Bhaktha and his bhakti – Guru Shishya – My Guru and Me

We complained that it was too heavy for us and that we needed a break!

She smiled and agreed for it. We had a tea break and that gave us an excuse for our animated talks and exchange of views on the subject being discussed. She left with her cup of tea. She wanted to relish it I suppose!

Image result for character and destiny quotes
Intention for having a child and attitudes of parents, circumstances that lead to the birth of a child – all these determine the character and fate of the child. This was told to us often and yet we found it surprising even this time!

Maybe because it was just a story for us and we heard it so but we didn’t take the essence from it. Were we afraid to see the results of our actions? Or were we avoiding this because deep down we were hugely responsible for who our kids were and we were not strong enough to accept that Truth or carry it on our shoulders? ONLY a person who accepts that he has a problem can ever solve or overcome it, but as long as we push the blame on to others how can and why would we work on healing ourselves?

Image result for desire fulfilled quotes
No doubt, the major part of us wasn’t healed inspite being “sadhak” (or should I say – supposed sadhak!) since such a long time!

That apart, now at least we knew that ‘asura’ doesn’t mean demons.

Fate - how it works

….contd…

Fate - how it works!

When the path of two or more souls crosses at a point, they meet. For example, assume you are going from Hyderabad to Delhi (Cities in India) and the plane has stop over at Madras, Nagpur, Agra and Delhi. Some would get down at Madras and they were your co-passengers only till Madras. But few of them may take connecting flight from Madras to New York, ten to Saudi, and thirty to Singapore. Likewise, say 25 from Madras may board to Agra and fifteen to Nagpur and again seventeen to Delhi. The same thing happens at every airport.

Like-wise souls on their personal agenda with different starting points and destinations and with different reasons for travel meet and travel a certain period and place together because their paths cross and their journey is towards a common destination for a certain time. (I hope it’s clear. If it is confusing, please ask a question clearly explaining your doubt and I’ll try to explain to the best of my abilities).

In the same way, all souls on their personal journey cross each other’s path and travel together for a certain period of time – may be with a common cause like finding Site (by monkeys) and fighting for her etc. It’s very complex and not totally programmed. It depends on so many factors. Hence, Krishna says in Gita “every karma reaps its fruits, but which karma comes to the forefront and when, even I can’t tell Arjuna”. So, you can see how complicated this maze is. It is not linear. It is like multi-dimensional. For any single event to happen it’s not like in films – it’s not linear.

The nearest example of the workings of the Universe I can give is “the game of solitaire or chess” as played on a computer. The moment we play, the next move is made by the computer. The move of computer is decided for that move. But if I play differently then the move of computer is also different. Again even that is decided for that move of mine. All the games and all the moves and counter-moves are already on that computer. But depending on the game and my move, the game continues and ends.

All the games and moves being already fed in the Universe are ‘Destiny’ but which game I choose and how I play is my ‘free will’. I know it’s too complicated and so confusing. But, this is the best I can explain. If I’ve failed to explain, please revert to me. I’ll try again. Because unless you understand this, you can’t understand the question “so killing Ravana was the main agenda and others meeting is add-on…..?’ if you understand these two examples, that of film and game on computer then I need not give any answer to that question. Not only that you’ll understand how much goes into the working of this Universe and to fit in our desire and its fulfillment, how many moves have to be made before that wish is fulfilled. Once you understand the behind-the-scenes hard work, you’ll develop patience to wait for your desire to come true and gratitude will overflow through every pore of yourself – it need not be forced verbally. Then you wouldn’t ask “Should I again say ‘lines of gratitude’ before this intention?’. Once you understand this you’ll end up saying

“Tere rahamon karam ke kya kahane,

Haath uthnese pehle hi jholi bhar detha hai tu…”

How can I measure your grace?

You fill my cup to the brim even before me asking you for it….
