Sadhan
for November 2024
This sadhan is way too easy for most of you – hopefully!
Clean the
House!
Yes, take
one rack/shelf/almirah or a room to clean per week this month and do the same.
You clean
as much as you can. No compulsions over there. Just clean up your space.
For those
who have already done the same for Deepavali, do your office space, if you have
one.
For those
who have done your homes and don’t have an office – take out those gadgets, old
utensils, old clothes, old newspapers (I am sure you got the idea now) – just about
any old unused ones and keep them segregated.
Sell them.
Donate them.
Or reuse
them.
The choice is
yours to make.
Just get
them out of their space in your house.
Every weekend,
come back with the area of your house cleaned and its impact on you and your
life – if any!
Share what you have given away, sold or thrown away which you were holding on to since ages.....maybe I'll be inspired by you to throw away something from my life and house too.....
Those who do so will receive Reiki from me for 'a week' from me.......

Greetings Mam,
Under divine guidance I was able to donate 2 Tiffin boxes , 4 new small plastic boxes, few unused books and I was also able to sell some old non usable plastic, cardboard boxes and broken steel items...
Feel so light especially after donating and cleaning the house...getting rid of unused items... I remember during one of the classes you and Poorna were explaining how attached people get that they dont want to throw away old UNUSABLE items too and in such a condition people expect to get rid of their old habits , attitudes, issues in their life easily etc... (My Apologies If may be misquoting or not explaining it in the same way and manner you both meant in the class)
I would like to take this opportunity to share with you and fellow readers one experience. This is related to the quote in the image "Why can't the house clean by itself if it can get dirty by itself?" Few months back once I too had a similar question - Since god created this world and most of the things run automatically then cleaning of house etc.. should also happen automatically why do I have to waste so much of my time and energy in doing this unproductive work? and It occurred to me that that Nature does clean the world ie.. God Created Nature, Animals, Humans etc.. and most of the dirt that all of us create biologically is cleaned by nature naturally in its own sweet manner. Its only the dust that we HUMANS created by vehicles, industries etc.. is what we are cleaning daily. If not on daily basis we breathe out so much CO2, SO many crores of dead skin cells fall out from our body, so many small, medium large animals die on daily basis which we cant even imagine , we are not even spending 1 min of our lives cleaning them, nature / god's energy cleans or decomposes them naturally and whatever dirt we are spreading is what we are cleaning on daily basis, after all its our responsibility only :) :) Thank you Guruji, Thank you Reiki, Thank you Revathi mam...
Greetings Mam,
Thank you for inspiring us to clean our houses , today we donated 4 sarees , Thank god they were in good condition and mom no more needs them ..can be used by those in need...
As a regular monthly task, we cleaned up the whole house. I gave away small - useable clothes of my kids to my maid and few electrical items which are not in use for us. As usually it's a feel-good factor after cleaning and giving away unusable things in the house. Thank you, Reiki! Thank you Guruji!
Greetings Mam,
Today I sold 2 old cookers - one 7 liters cooker which was 20-25 years old and another 2kg small cooker of same age...both not in use but staying rent free at our home since almost 10 years.... kabhi kaam ayega sochke we kept finally kaam agaya :P phekne ke kaam :D
Apart from that we also sold to scrap old wires, 3 Panasonic chargers
I'm partially feeling happy that I finally got rid of so many things
And partially wondering / feeling shy / Weird why did we even keep them and carry them for so many years across so many rented houses...
