On worry!




Time spent in worry put it to good use in sadhan, for sadhan. When worry comes, start some technique of sadhan. Any technique is good enough.

What is sadhan?

It is prayer mixed with prayatna. Which is prayer and which is prayatna we cannot humanly separate. What works can’t be told. So let’s do both.


Let’s be clear and committed in our actions. Let’s also be in sadhan and prayer.

And the rest since we have no control on, let’s wait to see and face it.
