Follow this new time for minimum of 48 days
including Sundays and off-days.
If on any day you miss getting up, don’t
feel bad, just punish your body with a beneficial regime like –
-15mts walk
-climbing 3 floors
-doing 10 pushups (more than your usual
number)
Something like that. This way you can avoid
experiencing guilt, at the same time benefit with this ‘good punishment’.
Next, if you become comfortable with this
regime, then get up 15mts earlier – say 6 a.m now. Follow it for atleast 48
days or 2-3 months if need be. Follow it till you hit your mark of 5.30am. It
may take 48 days for some and 6mths for another. No problem. You just look at
your notice. Love the journey too, so take time to accept and enjoy this change
slowly instead of making it overnight and suffering it – meaning hating it.
Same step to be followed for or in other
ares too!
Say in financial – you want to save. Instead
of starting with 2000 pm. You can start with say Rs.200pm R.D. then gradually
over the months move to your desired figure.
You can avoid wastage like-wise. If you eat
out say, 4 times/week, start with 3 times/week and go to your target of eating
4 times/ month only.
