One step at a time
Bring big changes with small steps!
Any change is difficult as already
experienced by most of us! Yet we long to change! We long to bring about that
change which would make huge shift in us – be in physical, emotional,
financial, psychological or even spiritual. May be we want to make that change
in only one field or few greedy ones like me want it in all the above fields and
more at a time! Then how to cover the distance between “this desire to change”
and “make that change” because, we know through experience we fall more number
of times than we wish to accept. And each fall dampens our spirit and
confidence and it takes long time to be on track again!
Is there a simple ‘Taraka Mantra’ to make
‘may be slow but steady’ change continuously?
Yes!
Break your intention or desire into small
steps. Let me give you couple of examples to explain.
Suppose you get up at 6.30am daily and wish
to get up at 5.30am. You had been wanting to do it since ages but failed. Don’t
be disappointed. You failed because you wanted huge change – a change of one
hour and body wouldn’t want to let go off its cozy sleep and bed. It would
rebel and the result is for you to see.
So, the solution is just break the ‘change’
into parts.
Here, take one hour and break it inot 4
parts of 15mts each.
Next, set your alarm just 15mts early.
Do intention reiki and ‘get up’ 15mts early.
Not that difficult!
(If even this is difficult, start with
5/10mts earlier scheme – no probs)
