Sadhan for December 2025
1. Wear “yellow” 2-3 times a week. Same
rules apply as every month.
2. Do Re-birth meditation with “disappointments”
2-3 times a week. No excuses this month – last month of the year!
3. Do hands-on on “Mooladhara” for
15-30mts daily – 5 times a week. Those who do full body also follow this. Those
who don’t do full body, at least do mooladhara for 30mts this month.
4. Watch sunset/sunrise 4 times a
week. Just watch!
5. Listen to songs 15mts per day - 5
times a week!
