Sadhan for December 2025

 


Sadhan for December 2025




 

1.     Wear “yellow” 2-3 times a week. Same rules apply as every month.

2.     Do Re-birth meditation with “disappointments” 2-3 times a week. No excuses this month – last month of the year!




3.     Do hands-on on “Mooladhara” for 15-30mts daily – 5 times a week. Those who do full body also follow this. Those who don’t do full body, at least do mooladhara for 30mts this month.

4.     Watch sunset/sunrise 4 times a week. Just watch!

5.     Listen to songs 15mts per day - 5 times a week!

It’s been a while since I wrote here. I want to share my experience.

A while ago I questioned my diligence and so in the last few years I took a step back and followed the basic healing techniques and tried to integrate at least one quality into my life. It has been a journey and I can see the change in me.

Here are some of my learnings:

1. Intent - I have started understanding the importance of intent and slowly becoming more aware of my own intentions in any situation. I seem to be developing the ability to see past words, behavior and events, and understand intent. It makes it easier for me to resolve the internal conflict I have. Also I have realized that answers have different meaning to different people because the questions are asked with different intents.
2. Expression and intents- i feel less attached to situations and events. I am able to express myself without fear of judgement, or of being misunderstood, or the results. Also, I have learnt that once my thoughts and intents are clear I am able to express myself easily - words and tone automatically flow through me.
3. Outlook towards Chanting - I have started seeing the impact of chanting on my energies. These years whenever I felt concerned about anything or anyone, I started chanting specifically for them, on a daily basis. I do it without feeling pressured or obligated.
4. Impact of Chanting - There have been some events in my life that seemed highly improbable. When I started feeling overwhelmed, I started chanting for it and then in a few hours/days I’d literally feel the energy shift and feel what’s about to happen. The day I feel that way is the day the task gets completed, no matter what.
5. Overcoming compartmentalization - there were events in my life that I couldn’t process at that time and had pushed people away, compartmentalized those experiences and set them aside. I am able to process them now, understand and acknowledge my feelings and thoughts, and face it. Now I need to reconnect with those people at an emotional/soul level and work through it for us to move on.
6. Overcome fear of knowledge - there were things I felt in my past that overwhelmed me. I knew it was true but did not have the courage to find out the details about it. I was scared of the knowledge that comes with uncovering truth. I am now on my way to work on opening myself to knowledge.

I have been receiving a lot of love from all corners. I always feel happy and hopeful. Everything I had wanted has been manifesting sooner or later. And, when it does manifest I feel more and more grateful. I think I have become more open when it comes to giving.

I still have a long way to go. I am sure that with the blessings of my gurus, my family, friends and the Devine, I will get there.

Thank you Maam for all the lessons you have taught me. I will try my best to remember them and follow it.

Madam ...this month sadhana is interesting... listening music is also one of the sadhan ...from today i started doing it ....Thank you reiki thank you Guruji
