Reading blog post repeatedly………
To
some of you it may seem stupid or egoistic. But it is not so. When I am not in
the position to know what to do or am blacked out, instead of sitting and
crying ‘why did this happen?’ or ‘what is the lesson for me in this?’ I simply go
to blog and read some post randomly. Not expecting it to give some solace or
give some answer. I don’t even expect my pain to go away. I just read. It is a
discipline I developed over the years. I go and read for say min. of 15 mts.
(It all depends on the intensity of my pain and related emotion).
Now I am more relaxed and clear of mind. Now I know where to look for and what to look for. I do the necessary action. Then I heal what needs to be healed. Sometimes, I find answers to my questions in blog itself. Sometimes, I find area to be healed. Sometimes, I find a newer perspective to deal with the issue or see the issue. And that is enough many times to address it. Sometimes, I find there is nothing that needs to be done. Yes, by the time I become calm, I find that my ‘reaction’ was problem not the issue by itself. So, by reading, I just came back to my centre and lo! My issue was addressed automatically and so effortlessly.

(as always, if you find something interesting, worth sharing or that you have/had your solution given way back then but were not in a position to see it, do share such a post with others......may be they too will realize that their solution and answers were given - their anger was misplaced and ....)
This is just not a random post. It addresses your state of mind. It is not explaining what you are going through. That is already explained in previous posts. This gives 'solution' to come out of what you are experiencing. Are you aware of it?
The oft repeated question that I get is "Can you suggest some book that I can read or should read?"
We as a scattered mind want to 'read no. of books'. The more we read, we think the more we can gather knowledge. That is not so! It is not how much we read that makes a 'man' out of us. It is how much we have applied. And trust me, if a man reads just this blog 'correctly, sincerely, completely and full of faith' he would come out more balanced than most of the 'well read persons' you know!
Just reading wouldn't do the complete job though. One should apply everything said here, pointed here, suggested here and discussed here. We have so many excuses not to apply them. Drop them! Even that is told here umpteen no. of times. If and only If one had 'read it the right way'.....!!!???
