On habits







Take bath twice a day.

First thing in the morning to rejuvenate you, to wake you from your slumber (more mental than physical) and to charge you to face your day with freshness.

before going to bed - to wash away all the tiredness, frustrations, pain of the day, to be able to go to bed fresh and clean to dream about the coming day so that you are hopeful of tomorrow....
