The saint found the second type of people. They were skeptics and cynics. They did not believe it was possible to heal anyone’s pain so simply. So, angry that the saint was trying to make a fool of them and wanting them to follow him, they left the place in a huff. They all agreed that the saint was a cheater trying to encash on people’s sufferings. In short, they too did not benefit of the miraculous powers of “Ananda Dhara”. The saint was pained. But, his pain gave way to amusement when he met the third group. These were the believers. They not only believed but as zealous missionaries spread the word around and were asking one and all to drink the water of Ananda Dhara and be healed.
At the same time, they were so busy and committed to spreading this message that they did not find time for themselves to go to the Ananda Dhara and dring the miracle water and get healed.
Hence, in spite of believing and spreading the good word, they by themselves could not benefit out of it. They missed on the experience that their belief could have given them, had they practiced what they preached.
The saint realized that every believer though a staunch preacher, need not have been the benefactor of the healing powers of Ananda Dhara.
The fourth group was the non-believers who took upon themselves the sacred job of stopping others from getting fooled by the saint.
They felt it was their primary duty to enlighten the ignorant masses of the blunder that they would commit by believing in the saint. Do you know what they did? Think as they went along doing their job….!
