It's always so very easy to make rules....preach them....ask others to follow them....
But, to follow them is a totally different thing all together....
We talked about the greatness of Japanese - of them being calm and composed in times of crisis. Many of us even wanted to practise it in our daily lives...and I am sure life had given enough opportunities to do the same...as the saying goes..ask and it shall be given. But, the question is 'Did I use the chance to practise what I preached or admired?'
The Acid Test would be :
Ask three questions for every issue that you faced in the last 10-15 days.
1. Am I happy only as long as people do/say/act as per my needs/rules/belief systems/expectations?
2. Do others behaviour determine my moods and levels of happiness, contentment?
3. Are there issues that pained me /bothered me/disturbed me and why? Who is responsible for that?
Answer these questions with honesty if you want to overcome your weaknesses and to learn to be happy inspite of situations and people in life..
If answer to any or all of the above questions is "yes", then it only means "we need to still work on ourselves so that we become what we admire in others - To be happy, calm and balanced inspite of situations and people in life...
I know the road is tough and the reasons are going to be much more slippery and tempting to find fault in others and situation so that we go back to being disturbed and in pain...but get up we should and work once again on self...
all I know is YOU are capable of being Happy always INSPITE OF SITUATIONS.....
HUM honge kamyaaab ek din ..
man mein hain vishwas poora hai vishwas...
hum honge kamyaab ek din...
we'll overcome, we'll overcome,we'll overcome
one day, we'll overcome one day.....

success lies not in the result but in the effort. "Being" the Best is NOT at all important."Doing" the Best is all that matters Good day
