So true! We behave the same way when we say things like –

“But why God is doing it or not giving me that ???”

“Why this thing is happening or not happening to me?”

“Why they are behaving so with me?”

And so on…….

Sit back with your complaints, problems and emotions to understand where you need to look to find the answers……..

Why, you ask?

They shared that they failed in their discipline.

They shared that they did not keep up with their schedules.

They shared that they weren’t in sadhan – enough.

They made a resolution to overcome that this year.

They saw their area of personality that they needed to address.

They did not shy away from accepting it.

Knowing about our weakness is the first step in healing.

And healing CAN START only when we ACCEPT THAT WE ARE LACKING IN THAT AREA!

Those who think “I am good enough to receive all that I need or want” can never get healed. They can’t benefit from any amount of healing from others too!

It needs lots of courage to accept that “I wasn’t good enough. I did not live up to my word. I failed in my promise”.

It is huge!

And for that courage that they exhibited, I appreciate them and show them my appreciation through this way.

May their tribe increase in number.

Next point – Not only did they accept their flaws, they did not give reasons to justify them. They owned it. They didn’t push it on to others.

That is huge again!

Everytime, we fail to be in sadhan or do some good, we have enough of reasons to justify our acts. We try SO HARD  to prove that we are GOOD PEOPLE INSPITE OF NOT HAVING LIVED UP TO THE MARK!

Here, they both did not do that!

My love goes out to them – may they find their strength and go an extra mile in this year of abundance!

This post is a reply to all those questions, accusations, anger that people have for
such posts -

Sending Reiki to Swathi and Kshitija for healing the Earth on regular basis. They are showing the gratitude in one of the right ways!"

People just stop at “empty words” of “thank you maam, thank you Guruji, thank you Reiki” and think they are grateful, they have shown gratitude. And not only that they even are arrogant about that. How sad is that??!!

Gratitude is not a word. If it is genuine then it reflects in actions – without fail. People want to get away with empty words. And they suffer the consequences of their “actions” and then they cry at such times.

Imagine your Company says “Thank you” and may even give you a card – a huge one every month in exchange for all your services (job) and sends you home without your pay packet. How grateful and joyous would you be? But, you want the other person to be happy and grateful (to you) with empty words? You want them to do Reiki to you and your desires – stating “But you are a Guru and you SHOULD DO IT MAAM??!!!!”

God SHOULD DO FOR YOU.

Guru SHOULD DO FOR YOU.

Parents SHOULD DO FOR YOU.

And when it comes to you doing anything for them, “but I have a life know maam. When will I get to sleep/take rest? I have to save, how can I pay fees/money for Pooja/gifts?”

You are angry and say “God is egoist for seeking money from us and pooja from us. Why can’t he just give what we desire?”

“Maam is money minded when the time to pay fees comes. Maam is greedy if she asks for long-pending dues. Maam is selfish and what not!” does the same not hold good for you demanding salaries from your Company in exchange for your service?

Then, how come rules are different when it comes to pay for my services?

It is called double standards! And yet, I am the “BAD GUY” here.

God is the bad guy.

Parents are bad when they seek something from you. But, what they did all these years is “but all parents do no maam? And then, they are parents. They are supposed to do for their kids?”

How selfish! How greedy! How manipulative! And yet, you are “good people??”

Wake up to reality.

The day you face yourself honestly is the day your healing ACTUALLY starts! Till then all that you are doing is ‘plastic surgery’. It may serve some purpose but the actual damage is not being addressed.

Wake up. Own up your nature. Look at your intentions. Understand them. First ACCEPT THEM. Then, know them and their reason to be. Sit and meditate.

(DO NOT WRITE A MAIL EXPLAINING HOW GOOD A PERSON YOU ARE)

HEAL, heal and heal yourself – only outgrowing the lower nature is the answer to have that respect for yourself – in your eyes!

Till then, you are only beating around the bush!

Wake up – it’s high time!

Grace can't be demanded.

Grace is not an entitlement!

Grace is not your right!

Grace is not received by acting "victim"

Grace is not received by "crying"!

Grace is earned! Know it and earn it!

Problems are like washing machines

They twist us, spin us and knock us around but in the end we come out cleaner, brighter and better in the end!

As long as life is life will throw googly at us. (Googly is a kind of ball thrown in cricket. It doesn’t have a set rhythm). No one can predict or control the way things will shape up in life. That is said as “life throwing googly at us”.

If seen right, it also can be said that “Life is playing with us”. We are batting and it is bowling. Fun, isn’t it?

But, we end up crying, complaining, going into depression and everything else except enjoying this game. Why? Not because, it is sad or bad. Yes, what life does or how it does is not bad or sad. What life does or how life evolves is also not wrong.

The issue is we are not “good at batting” the balls that it throws at us. We are poor players. We want to sit idle in the field. But, how? just think!!

We don’t know how to handle the balls thrown at us. The day we learn to play right even if be just a few of the balls thrown at us, just imagine the joy, satisfaction and pride we feel – not to forget the fun element then.

That learning to play the balls right is all healing is about. That way of living is all there is to learn. Then, come what may, we will enjoy this game of life! We wouldn’t be depressed, hopeless or feel cornered by life/guru/Reiki or God.

So, you see, problems are like washing machines. They twist us, spin us and knock us around but in the end we come out cleaner, brighter and better in the end!

So let’s work towards becoming a better person rather than a bitter person at the end of this washing!

Come let’s heal ourselves enough to be able to play this game better.

Come let’s enjoy this life for what it offers.

Come let’s reclaim our worth!

The person who owns up his choices and bears the consequences of the same has grown in stature. He has strength that comes from “soul character”. One who works for this is the one who is walking towards his well-being and good. That is the test that tells a man that is walking the ‘spiritual path’.

The rest are just talking the walk!

Coming to my quote – I took it.

Now, I have to bear the consequences of making that decision.

Either I should live with less number of posts this year or work more to make good the loss.

Many may think since it is not paid and I am not answerable to anyone, does it matter?

Yes, it does!

I KNOW that I could have given more than what I have to this year and that impacts my soul – that is the basis of my self-esteem.

And you thought your respect was received from others?

How you play your roles – especially ones where you don’t receive anything in return decides your soul character. That is the basis of your soul-strength.

I know it is all too heavy. Go, take your time and meditate on it.

Take your time and work on it.

Just keep healing yourself and one day you may see what all this means.

Till then, be honest (the real way) in your work, duties and responsibilities. Give your best in everything that you do – all through the day. That is the secret of increasing soul strength.

People go around asking questions all through their life. They keep pestering Reiki/God for answers.

And Reiki/God has to answer through a medium. One such medium would be the blog written for you. And yet, when the answer is given, you don't have patience, interest or time to go through the link given to RECEIVE that answer. And you say"Maam, I ask questions in meditation and yet am not given answers. I don't know why God makes you tell such lies.)

How ironic is that "We RECEIVE only when we become worthy of it. Till we heal ourselves enough we CAN'T and WON'T see the answers even if thrown at us umpteen times"!

Sent healing – 3 days – to all those who have been giving feedback, observations, explanations, asking doubts, and sharing their experiences during this year! I don't grade any of your observations, experiences or feedback. They all are the same. And every feedback deserves validation. 

Sent to Swathi “double dose” for going that quality that she developed, exhibited and applied in life – give back all that you received to the Universe in her small way.

She, whenever received Grace healings from me, immediately sent reiki to someone – be it Mother Earth, animals or so – for a set number of days. That is the quality we need to develop.

Receiving something be it blessings or prayers even, from elders, parents, teachers, Gurus, healers, Universe or God is not our right!

It is not that we are entitled to that!

That’s why it is called “Grace”. It is a way they are showing their appreciation, happiness, or affection for us. It has to be earned. And it is earned well and right when we develop an attitude that is “Divine in nature”. And what better quality that “selflessness” of passing on our blessing to others??!!

Learn from all these examples and apply them in life and grow in abundance.

It is easy to cry and blame others for receiving something as a “favour”.

We can end up being jealous of them.

We can play a victim card.

But, we can also take the high road and work on our attitudes that stops us from receiving “grace”.

Each one has a “Freewill”.

We have right to lead our life our way!

And that starts with our “choice”.

And those little choices make or break our fate for us!

Choose right and grow in abundance.

Choose wrong and suffer our own doing!

This year, let’s look back and learn our lessons right!

Let’s learn to work on the areas that need to be healed.

Next year, same time, may we have fewer regrets than this year at least in this regard!

Pointers to understand the post:

“I asked as she was sipping her tea. This was break-time. And I used it to pose my question to her.” – Read these sentences couple of times more.

Such a common attitude that it gets overlooked most of the time.

Most of us wouldn’t even notice that if it is our quality. But, if it is from the other, then, yes, we get irritated.

Why? We get irritated because we can see the other person wanting to squeeze maximum from us in the limited time and in exchange for what “little” he pays us! Classic example is “My boss gives me so much of work”

“My Co pays less but expects me to work even extra hours”

“My pay hike is just 20% when I deserve (read it as desire though) 40%”

All this say that we feel we are being exploited.

But, when it comes to receiving from others, we get angry if the other person maintains “time” or such rules.

By one time payment as fees (for the classes that you ATTEND) you think you have right to take counselling from me all your life. And that too at your convenience. Mails are sent at God forsaken times demanding solutions and INSTANT healing to your issue.

This DEMANDING NATURE is the cause of friction between how you treat others and how expect to be treated. And that difference in giving and receiving is the cause of generating “Karma” in your life.

No God is punishing you.

This is to show that this “Quality of serving” parents (in this story but applies to any other relationship also) is not outdated. It is the pre-requisite for everyone to overcome one’s ignorance, problems and gain access to abundance and success in life.
