The person who owns up his choices and bears the consequences of the same has grown in stature. He has strength that comes from “soul character”. One who works for this is the one who is walking towards his well-being and good. That is the test that tells a man that is walking the ‘spiritual path’.

The rest are just talking the walk!

Coming to my quote – I took it.

Now, I have to bear the consequences of making that decision.

Either I should live with less number of posts this year or work more to make good the loss.

Many may think since it is not paid and I am not answerable to anyone, does it matter?

Yes, it does!

I KNOW that I could have given more than what I have to this year and that impacts my soul – that is the basis of my self-esteem.

And you thought your respect was received from others?

How you play your roles – especially ones where you don’t receive anything in return decides your soul character. That is the basis of your soul-strength.

I know it is all too heavy. Go, take your time and meditate on it.

Take your time and work on it.

Just keep healing yourself and one day you may see what all this means.

Till then, be honest (the real way) in your work, duties and responsibilities. Give your best in everything that you do – all through the day. That is the secret of increasing soul strength.

People go around asking questions all through their life. They keep pestering Reiki/God for answers.

And Reiki/God has to answer through a medium. One such medium would be the blog written for you. And yet, when the answer is given, you don't have patience, interest or time to go through the link given to RECEIVE that answer. And you say"Maam, I ask questions in meditation and yet am not given answers. I don't know why God makes you tell such lies.)

How ironic is that "We RECEIVE only when we become worthy of it. Till we heal ourselves enough we CAN'T and WON'T see the answers even if thrown at us umpteen times"!

January - A trial month!

"January is just a trial month.

The real year starts on 2^nd February this year!" - Quote.

I took this quote seriously and now, see where it put me?

I like the quote. It was funny and felt it ok to follow it and see – just for the heck of it!!

Many times we think our questions are answered when we see a forward or some quote when we are disturbed.

We immediately grab it and apply it. Nothing wrong so far!

But, when questioned, we put the blame on the Reiki/God for giving that answer. That is our problem area.

Beware of that!

Take any choices in life but live with the consequences. If you are weak and frightened to face the consequences of your choices, then you don’t have the right to make choices too.

But, we do. We make choices that are convenient to our tastes. This depends totally on “Who we are at a certain point in the time”. That decides our emotions and feelings. That is the reason we think in a certain way. Until we change the way we are, we won’t be able to move on. We won’t be able to make decisions that are good for us and right for us.

Sent healing – 3 days – to all those who have been giving feedback, observations, explanations, asking doubts, and sharing their experiences during this year! I don't grade any of your observations, experiences or feedback. They all are the same. And every feedback deserves validation. 

Sent to Swathi “double dose” for going that quality that she developed, exhibited and applied in life – give back all that you received to the Universe in her small way.

She, whenever received Grace healings from me, immediately sent reiki to someone – be it Mother Earth, animals or so – for a set number of days. That is the quality we need to develop.

Receiving something be it blessings or prayers even, from elders, parents, teachers, Gurus, healers, Universe or God is not our right!

It is not that we are entitled to that!

That’s why it is called “Grace”. It is a way they are showing their appreciation, happiness, or affection for us. It has to be earned. And it is earned well and right when we develop an attitude that is “Divine in nature”. And what better quality that “selflessness” of passing on our blessing to others??!!

Learn from all these examples and apply them in life and grow in abundance.

It is easy to cry and blame others for receiving something as a “favour”.

We can end up being jealous of them.

We can play a victim card.

But, we can also take the high road and work on our attitudes that stops us from receiving “grace”.

Each one has a “Freewill”.

We have right to lead our life our way!

And that starts with our “choice”.

And those little choices make or break our fate for us!

Choose right and grow in abundance.

Choose wrong and suffer our own doing!

This year, let’s look back and learn our lessons right!

Let’s learn to work on the areas that need to be healed.

Next year, same time, may we have fewer regrets than this year at least in this regard!

“Without questioning further he packed his meagre belongings and left towards his home.” – Most important quality that works wonders in protecting any one is “faith and respect” for the one who has your good in his heart. (here it being a Guru). Trust and that will protect you.

Protection can’t be demanded.

It is not an entitlement.

It is not your right (Reiki quota right).

But have trust (in real) and that is enough to protect you from any calamity.

“Just a thought of being with his Guru soon sent shivers of happiness in his body. His body felt light. He was light on his feet too as he made in return journey.” – Coming to class, doing Reiki and being in sadhan when related this way then the story and the outcome is beyond anyone’s measure.

When we relate with anyone in our life this way, then no job seems boring, repetitive or heavy. Because love is missing in our relationships, we consider any “doing” as work and feel the pressure instead of pleasure in doing it for the other – be it parent, child, sibling or job.

Sit with this thought.

Know where the problem is.

Address it.

Overcome it.

Then life and duties that come with it will feel sooooo good!

“Today we received a lot!

And yet, we found ourselves empty!” – This is the story of our life. We have everything and bountiful. YET, yet we found ourselves EMPTY. And so, we ran hither thither in search of that MISSING joy. We are searching in the wrong place. Hence, our search proves futile.

Know where to search, what to search and seek your right to your Kingdom!

“Years passed. Guru and shishya would be in sadhan all through the day and night too! Time was not taken in consideration by them.” Only the day one doesn’t feel the time has he actually become eligible to be walking the path of spirituality. All other times, he is just flaring his ego with imaginations and assumptions. Wake up! Know yourself. Face the facts! Declare war on them. And become free of these shackles that stop your flight!

“Once during the meditations, Guru saw the death of his shishya in 7 days. He was shaken a bit. He meditated and regained his calm.” – There are two points here. One is that to the one who is regular in sadhan (drawing symbols to get bus, saying lines of gratitude 10-20 times a day don’t count as sadhan in such cases) will develop abilities like premonition, clairvoyance and so on.

Understand them correctly. I said “abilities” – read them as such only. They are not “powers” as usually assumed to be and talked as. They are just abilities that we get as collateral to our sadhan. They are not the be all of our sadhan. Know that!

Second, is Guru was shaken when he saw the vision. We want to “SEE” many things but are we ready to “SEE” them? Many times, a big no!

When such a time comes learn from the Guru. He didn’t run away. He didn’t start crying. He MEDITATED AND REGAINED HIS CALM. Whenever we are shaken, sadhan is the place to be. Go back to sadhan, regain your composure and then resume your job. Only after you gain your calm, take any decisions.

Don’t come calling me. Don’t be angry that I am not available at all odd times for you. I am not your private property. Sadhan is the ONLY way to get that calm. Even if I meet you or talk to you, I am going to ask you to do the same. But, no, you want me to DO REIKI for you. Till that nature stays with you, fear will toss you as it feels right. The problem is not the situation. Know that! The problem is that "there is fear". And that fear is within you. Know this. Accept it. And work on it. Heal it. Overcome it. Transcend it! Become free of fear! You don't need it - remember that!

Sadhan, sadhan, and more sadhan when shaken – REMEMBER THAT!

Pointers to understand the post:

““A Guru and his shishya lived on a mountaintop for many years.” – Take any art – be it painting, martial arts, music, it takes years of sadhan to reach a descent level of proficiency. We all know this. And yet, people want to become “MASTERS”, no sorry, ASSUME  they have BECOME MASTERS attending ½ a day class or just a few classes far in between!!??

How sorry is that state of affairs?

Even to get a normal degree one goes to educational institutions for a minimum of 16-20 years. So, how much more should one practice and be going to his Guru to know even a little in the field of spirituality?

In the good old days and even now Buddhist monks practice for years on end in various monasteries and in forests and such places.

Don’t let your ego blind you to THIS ASSUMPTION that you have become spiritual. Just becoming eligible to walk this path takes years of sadhan and constant interaction with one’s Guru.

Nothing, no google can replace a Guru’s presence in this path!

“His bhakthi, faith, gratitude, respect and love for his Guru were obvious in his every act of “seva” to his Guru.” – If there is bhakthi, faith, gratitude, respect or love, it is obvious. It need not be declared or proved by logical verbal arguments.

Even an animal and a kid can know it if it is there. The one who is declaring it again and again needs to understand that the need to declare itself is making it evident that these emotions are lacking. Work on them. Meditate on them. Heal the reasons behind them.

Not having them is not the problem. That is the situation. That is fine. Assuming them to be there in self, therein lies the problem. Once we assume, we will never get them in real. So, wake up. Heal. Meditate.
