Sadhan for November
2025
1. Wear “RED” for this month – at least 2-3 times a week.
2. Do rebirth meditation with “HURT”
at least 2-3 times a week.
3. Do homam and vaastu healing at
least 2-3 times a week.
4. Let’s practise “Being in the
NOW”. While you bathe, pour 1st and last mug with awareness
daily! Similarly, practise mindfulness
doing any of the daily chores – 3 times per day.
5. Do hands-on for “heart chakra”
for 15 mts daily – 5 times a week. Those who do full body regularly, even you
do 15mts for heart and remaining as ever. Those who don’t/can’t do full body,
do at least heart chakra this month.
Write in your journal “Gratitude for the day” – write incidents that you are grateful for, for that day. If you don’t have any, write old ones, but every day, do write 3 things you are grateful for.
7. Those who want to overcome
laziness, ego, selfishness and similar nature, do share things you are grateful
for in the comments section – daily!
RED : all shades of it can be worn!
DO NOT GO ON A BUYING SPREE WITH
THIS AS AN EXCUSE.
You can wear the same dress/saree
again and again too.
Men – if you don’t wear red, then
surround yourself with red in as many ways as possible. Eat beetroot for eg.
Use your imagination.

1. I am grateful for the caring neighbours that I have who took care of my kids when I was not there.
2. I am grateful that reiki took care of my kids and they were safe and fine when I had to attend an event.
3. I am grateful that my children looked after eachother when I was not there.
Do we have to write grateful for reiki or just in general
Thank you Ma'am. I have started eating a portion of beetroot and pomegranate since last month and it has done wonders for my energy levels. Will do the remaining as well.
I am grateful for my parents. They gave me the best childhood.

Thank you for homam and vastu healing sadhan.
Started homam from today. Will try to do in evening also to compensate for last few days.
Once a break comes it is getting difficult for me to start it again.
Did homam and felt very nice.
Unable to be consistent. Few days this few days that.
I decide but fail.

Good morning mam
I want share my experience
On January I left my job, i joined a small company i didn't continue it's not nice,
Because i kept some expectations and i felt why am I doing job .
Within two months I quit the job 3.5 month's i stayed in my home.
Everyone gave me a WOW moment's it's unbearable.
After doing intention reiki I got the job. That job is fully wonderful job is 12 hrs working hours and journey and less salary okay i accepted.
So many days I cried i can't unbearable because my body also not supporting i felt sick.
Exact 3 months which day i joined this job after 3 months the same date I got the call for New job.
He called me for interview and selected me because i worked in a CA office.
Without I asked he said 15% more than present My salary. And very flexible timings.
I am shocked and never think next minute. what reiki wants to give me Reiki gave. I opened my hands to receive.
"TRUST HE'S PROCESS". REIKI IS THE PATH OF MY LIFE."
I joined the new job.

My experiences of sadhan
1. I have exercised for the whole month . I have consistently walked for the whole month and have done simple exercises some days only in the morning and some both morning and evening.
2. Previously I used to feel guilty on holidays as though I don’t deserve them but not I started taking care of my self . I started spending time with my self on these days .
3. Self love has started in me . I always thought that since I am fat why should I dress up why should I wear something beautiful but now I understood the importance of being my self.
4. I cried after very long time and was angry but those tears also were a part of my healing is what I realised.
Thank you reiki for this beautiful journey.
I started eating millets which I hesitated previously.
Thank you Ma'am. I was able to wear or include red on most days and did vastu healing also almost everyday. I have felt much happier and energetic this month and was able to complete lot of long pending tasks.
