Sit on these thoughts!





Either we are living in the 'good past' or the 'good wishful future'. When are we going to be happy? When the 'future' turns out to be the 'expected one'? But how many times you have found yourself in the future that you wanted or created and yet felt frustrated? Think on it!

How many times you have asked for a wish, had it fulfilled only to complain that your wish has come true?

So, you have decided to be frustrated, in pain, complaining and ever sorry for yourself instead of being happy now? Unfortunately the only mantra for happiness is to accept 'now' for what it is and learn to cherish what it has to offer you....if the situation is painful then turn it into a situation where you convert that into a 'healing opportunity' and work on increasing your 'balance of mind' training into practice. If the situation is one where you 'lack' something that you wish you had say health, person, opportunity then look at what you have and turn that into a reason to celebrate and make use of that and create and enjoy that situation. Look for reasons to celebrate, look for opportunities where you have been looking at problem be it person or situation, turn your perspective and see the doors of happiness opening up for you........
