9. Think how to do more in the time available.
For e.g.
During the TV program break / during the program
a. Do pranayamam
b. Clean up the room
c. Clean up your purse / hand bag
d. Write list of things to do for next day.
e. Fold the clothes
f. Do reiki
Think and the list would be so huge and we complain of no time available to do these things.
10. Learn something new. Painting, dancing, cooking, language, anything.................
11. Maintain a journal daily of your feelings, your routine……….
12. Post your experience / doubts on this blog regularly.
13. Get up at 3.00 am and do at least 10 min meditation. Slowly, after 3 months increase it by 5 min or more.
(Note: this does not apply for 3rd degree and above students…masters included…they should meditate at least for 45 min daily at 3.00 am)
14. Most importantly, accept laziness as part of persona and disown it immediately. Don’t own it as your character. No excuses of sun signs, stars, etc allowed here.
15. Give up that habit which you consider as your weakness NOW – any addiction, gossip fault-finding , worrying, gambling, drinking………
16. Do re-birth meditation with “laziness”.
17. Full body Reiki Saying “I am completely active, dynamic healthy, blissful person”.
18. Do let go meditation with laziness.
19. Concentrate more on muladhara.
If you know any more tips, do share it with fellow- healers and come out with your experiences. Till I write on other vikaras…………All the best!!!!

I started using a day to day plan that I regularly draft monthly/ quarterly. I list down all that I am scheduled to do (like office, kid, house chores etc.), and then list down all meditations and reiki activities that I plan to do. There are some meditations that I do everyday and for the others (that I am unable to do everyday) I split it through out the week. I try to complete as much as possible. If there is anything left then I complete it over the weekend. I mark off the completed tasks before going to bed.
Ever since I started doing this I found that I had enough time to complete everything. As against just *only* thinking of doing it. I feel much better about myself and life in general, and feel less frustrated now.
This post gave me more thoughts on how I can refine my plan. It made me see that there are more things that I can do. I will make it a point to meditate at 3 am.
Thank you very much maam! This is very helpful!
Love and light,
Supriya
