I am just giving few of the symptoms with which one can catch lethargy At Emotional Level :
1. They have the “I am going to CRY now” look always pasted on their face. They carry sadness and suffering writ all over their features.
2. Their smile is also very painful.
3. Cheerfulness is the last word in their book of life.
4. They carry the burden of pain unlived all through the day.
5. Worry is their only secret favourite past-time.
6. Any mention of any activity invokes only “I am not interested” response in them.
7. Many times they consider themselves near or almost “Enlightened” and think and believe their depression and moron-nature as “detachment”.
8. Liveliness, cheerfulness, Smile all seem to take lots of their energy and hence hardly express themselves through them.
9. They get the attention they want by “Self-pity technique” or “I love all so much, but no one listens to me” technique.
These are just few of the examples….be aware to catch lethargy at its play through feelings and acts in our day-to-day life and situations…..trust me….the more we know and recognize it and more we feel surprised and understand the way these attitudes run our lives…..
