Sadhan for November
2025
1. Wear “RED” for this month – at
least 2-3 times a week.
2. Do rebirth meditation with “HURT”
at least 2-3 times a week.
3. Do homam and vaastu healing at
least 2-3 times a week.
4. Let’s practise “Being in the
NOW”. While you bathe, pour 1st and last mug with awareness
daily! Similarly, practise mindfulness
doing any of the daily chores – 3 times per day.
5. Do hands-on for “heart chakra”
for 15 mts daily – 5 times a week. Those who do full body regularly, even you
do 15mts for heart and remaining as ever. Those who don’t/can’t do full body,
do at least heart chakra this month.
6.
Write in your journal “Gratitude
for the day” – write incidents that you are grateful for, for that day. If you
don’t have any, write old ones, but every day, do write 3 things you are
grateful for.
7. Those who want to overcome
laziness, ego, selfishness and similar nature, do share things you are grateful
for in the comments section – daily!
Clarification:
RED : all shades of it can be
worn!
DO NOT GO ON A BUYING SPREE WITH
THIS AS AN EXCUSE.
You can wear the same dress/saree
again and again too.
Men – if you don’t wear red, then
surround yourself with red in as many ways as possible. Eat beetroot for eg.
Use your imagination.
