Sadhan June 2025




This month we are going to do sadhan for 21 days straight!

Every sadhan technique told is to be done DAILY for next 21 days!



Let the brave ones do it for 42 days!

I will do for 42 days knowing some of you will do that! I am there for you though you may stand alone in this sadhan marathon!

1.Do any one of the following once a day. You can do one thing one day and the other next day. No problem. You should have done at least one of the following every day :



Watch sunrise or sunset.

OR

Those who can’t for any (valid or invalid reasons), watch moon, stars or night sky for at least 15 minutes.

OR

Sit under a tree, listen to birds, touch the tree – 15mts minimum

OR

Take a walk on the grass or sand or mud barefoot.

 

2.Listen to your favourite music/song at least for 15 mts per day.



3.Do homam at least once a day or do vastu healing. (You can alternate between both if you want)

4.Read a book (that you always wanted to) OR read your favourite book (once again) at least 15mts daily.



5. Those who don’t have the habit of reading books, watch your favourite movie/show (old)  at least 15mts daily.

6.Eat your favourite dish at least once a week

  - better still cook it and eat it. Take time to savour your dish. Sit and be with the dish. Enjoy it. Relish it.

7.Whatever is your hobby – take it up – be it painting, stitching, cooking, gardening, reading – just about anything and do it at least for 15mts daily.

8.Do re-birth meditation with anger daily.

My experience of Sadhan
When I started reiki I didn’t know what was my target ?what do I want ?
Now it is a different story unknowingly sadhan has healed the bitter relationships that I told my self I hate they might be the relationships of life or temporary. There were some people I didn’t want to meet again because they hurt me but thanks to sadhan for making me face them and my response surprised me it was a totally un expected reaction our relationship has bettered.

I tried doing these everyday, but the flow was getting broken. I stopped keeping a track and just did whatever I could, but still got immensely benefited. I had a stiff neck and shoulder, and when I went for physiotherapy i was asked what my hobbies are and that i should relax a little and start spending time with my hobbies again. How is it possible that everyone gets the same guidance from you but does get what they need is still a mystery to me!
So I spent a lot of time in nature, cooked, painted and read my favorite books. I noticed that I could accomplish lot more in less time at work, which gave me more time for myself and family. This helped me reduce stress also.

This sadhan has brought me to myself. I am enjoying this sadhan . I will continue doing it . I am more cheerful, happy from with it , enjoying my work . Self love has increased . Mood swings have come down.
Thank you when I started my journey of sadhan 17years back I did not know my destination. Now the transformation that sadhan has brought in me makes me want to do sadhan I am very grateful to reiki and the various sadhan techniques and The guru who helped me in this transformation.

Hi,

Thank you for the June month sadan.
As a hobby finally I started my yoga after so so much kal karenge attitude. I am quite regular now. Didn't do everyday because of my lazy attitude.
Anger anger sometimes I am laughing with kids on there funny things instead of shouting on them.
Sometimes in the night when they sleep late we are laughing out loud rather than me shouting in them. To shout also my tone might be little loud but the body feelings are fine. I have noticed this sometimes. The bubbling anger etc is not there.
Because of the sadan I started reading my book which I always said to myself not now now. But started reading it for 10mins.
Sky watching, i could see the clouds were moving it was good to see.

I am regular with rebirth meditation and hobby. Again have to start reading book and sky watching.
Music also was listening after a long time.
I am living like a robot and not enjoying things while doing. This sadan is making me realise to enjoy while doing. Sometimes able to enjoy n mostly I am back to my old habits of seeing everything as a task.

I have observed procrasting and my lazy attitude had led to me not doing things and then blaming and saying i didn't find time.
So much I need to work on my self and enjoy life n every moment.
