First month over, and we are only “3” posts so far!

Very bad start indeed!

Let’s see how we far we go this year??!!

So how many posts do you think we can score this year at this rate?

Keep reading, keep participating if you want me to write.

For those who felt bad when I wasn’t writing, let me tell you, the feeling is mutual – “I too feel the same when you keep silent and don’t participate or take part on the daily basis”.

Learning from the Old!




This year on, we’ll make a different approach to learning.

I’ll give the link – of some previous post (you can choose the post of your liking if you want). You’ll need to read it before the appointed day and if you can, come back with your understanding and learnings.


Later, I’ll give one more perspective on the same post. That way, we’ll also try to understand the previous posts that weren’t explained back then (assuming from my side that it was not required). We’ll get one more view and angle from which we can look at things and thereby increase our perspective.

Just one more way to develop clarity of thought.

Do let go meditation at least thrice per week.

Do re-birth meditation with anger at least thrice per week.

Do sky watching – be it sunrise, sunset or just watching clouds or stars – for 10 minutes (minimum) 3 times every week.

Those of you who can more number of times – are welcome to do the same.

Those who are already doing these techniques every day of the week – do continue doing so.

Come back with your experiences, observations, understandings every weekend or month end as per your convenience.

Sadhan for January 2025 – heal others or Earth!


 



Emotions are high at the start of the year – always for almost everyone!

Hopes touch sky high.

Enthusiasm needs no invitation.

It’s best to heal and be in sadhan when our every feeling, emotion and every part of ourselves is feeling good!

So, this month let our sadhan be to express our joy and happiness.

Let’s share what we feel with others.


Those who are happy share that joy with Mother Earth – heal the Earth at least 3-4 times per week.

And those who are hellbent on “enjoyment” heal one or the other relationships (closest to you). Do emotional healing with any one of the family members at least 3-4 times a week.

You can do it with the same member for the entire week.

OR

You can do one with one family member every week that way covering 4 family members this month.

Choice of course and as always is yours!

Come back with your experiences – on weekends and at the end of the month!
