Sadhan for May 2026

 


1.      Colour for this month is “orange and green”. Wear these two colours say 3-4 days a week. You would do well if you can make it more number of times per week.  Surround yourself with articles, flowers, bedsheets, bedspreads, cushions, just about anything in these colours.



2.     Do “Brahmari pranayamam” for 5 minutes twice daily. Those who have excuses to not be able to do so, do at least 11 times.



3.     Chant “Om shanthi, shanthi, shanthihi” for 5 minutes twice a day. If not, 21 times daily.



4.     Do “Hands-on” for “Manipura” for ½ an hour 4 times a week.



5.     Sing songs, hum them or learn them – say for 15 minutes a day 4 times a week. You can choose any genre of music. You can listen, hum or so even while doing your daily chores.



6.     Do “Re-birth meditation” with “anger” 4 times a week.



7.     Do “vastu healing” and “homam” 4-5 times a week.

I will do the sadhan for the month

My experience
1. My stamina has increased throughout the month when I reflected I have worked more than what I usually did because previously when ever any work was assigned to me the first thing I noticed was draining my self but now I am thinking of solutions.
2. Acceptance in certain areas I always had a thought of why me ? But now “ okay I have to do so how to do it “. Certain amount clarity has developed.
3. I avoided people previously but now I am noticing that I have developed a comfort zone with few of friends I avoided.
4. Yesterday I felt demotivated looking at my hike and financial position I felt is reiki working for me what is all this happening how do I handle it . Thanks to these sadhans that we are doing I went back to my reiki journal I have noticed that I faced tougher situations to this previously and reiki has helped me to come out of them and this became a councillor to me and I have started journaling again .
5. I got friends

Thank you reiki thank you guruji .
My journey is long , sometimes dark , I can only see certain distance some times that is also unclear for me but now I know reiki is holding my hand and taking me through this journey.

Feeling so so peaceful and relaxing after chanting om shanti shanti shantihi. Started from today. Did it twice. It's so calming

Hi,
Still didn't do homam and not regular with vaastu healing rest I am mostly doing.
Do not know about the experience but the comeback from low is fast.

Hi,
While doing rebirth meditation, bhramari and om shanti shanti shantihi I am feeling very very sleepy.
Still I have not not started homam.
As I am not doing full body hands ons I am mostly irritated even on small issues and annoyed.
Drastic change in me.

Hi,
After doing vastu healing home felt so so calmitamd peaceful.
I felt kind of better. Was having rough time still having though but doing vastu healing made me calm.
Because of laziness i didn't do homam.
Have done Manipura chakra healing for hours not sure of its experience.

When ever I was angry I have done the bhramari and shanti shanti shanti I felt calm .
Also rebirth meditation helped me .
It gave me peace a connect with my self .
Thank you reiki .
My relation with my mother has bettered . I avoided some of my family members as I they would always taunt me I had inferiority complex thanks to reiki I met them after 20 years and it was a very friendly meet a 360 degree turn in the relationship.
