for January 2026
1. Wear “BLUE” this month – any
shade of it is fine. (As always – DO NOT GO AROUND BUYING NEW CLOTHES WITH THIS
AS AN EXCUSE)
2. Do Re-birth Meditation with
“fear” at least 3 times a week.
3. Do hands-on on “Swadhishtana” for
15 mts daily – 5 times a week. Those who do full body also follow this extra
tip. Those who don’t do full body, at least do this.
4. Sing at least one song per day.
(But don’t trouble others – don’t hurt their ears please)….
5. Learn at least one song this month
– any song, any genre, any language your choice.
6. Do “Financial healing” for 15 mts
at least 3-4 times a week.
7. Do any daily chore with AWARENESS
– washing, cleaning, walking, dancing, cooking, bathing, just about anything
for 3-5 mts 5 times a week. Those who do this, get back with your experience
and I’ll send Reiki to you all….
8. Start a year with gratitude – say
“5 reasons you are grateful for 5 times a week” – like ….
“ I was looking for house and I got
it – thankyou reiki”
“I went on a trip – thankyou Reiki”
“health problem was addressed –
thankyou Reiki”
“overcame my fear (attitude) –
thankyou Reiki”
