Why me?

Whenever we are faced with the situation or we need to live with a person whom or what we term as 'not aggreable' to us, we usually ask the question "Why me?"

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledonplayer was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983.

From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed:
"Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"?

To this Arthur Ashe replied:
"The world over -- 50 million children start playing tennis, 5 million learn to play tennis, 500,000 learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals, when I was holding a cup I never asked GOD 'Why me?'.

And today in pain I should not be asking GOD 'Why me?' "

If we want success, then failure is part of it.......we can't reject one side of the coin saying 'I don't like it...."

If I want to be 'married' then in-laws, spouse and the responsibilities that come with marriage is a package deal, we just can't pick up our choices and leave the rest ...........

When we take responsibility of our success, goodness, good health and all, we ARE SOLELY responsible for the failures, ill-repute, ill health etc.., we can't put the blame on someone else for the things going wrong if we take credit for the good that we do........
