Sadhan June 2025
This month we are going to do sadhan
for 21 days straight!
Every sadhan technique
told is to be done DAILY for next 21
days!
Let the brave ones do it
for 42 days!
I will do for 42 days
knowing some of you will do that! I am there for you though you may stand alone
in this sadhan marathon!
1.Do any one of the following once a
day. You can do one thing one day and the other next day. No problem. You
should have done at least one of the following every day :
Watch sunrise or sunset.
OR
Those who can’t for any (valid or
invalid reasons), watch moon, stars or night sky for at least 15
minutes.
OR
Sit under a tree, listen to birds,
touch the tree – 15mts minimum
OR
Take a walk on the grass or sand or mud
barefoot.
2.Listen to your favourite
music/song at least for 15 mts per day.
3.Do homam at least once a day or do vastu healing. (You can alternate between both if you
want)
4.Read a book (that you always wanted to) OR read your favourite book (once
again) at least 15mts daily.
5. Those who don’t have the habit of
reading books, watch your favourite
movie/show (old) at least 15mts daily.
6.Eat your favourite dish at least once a week
- better still cook it and eat
it. Take time to savour your dish. Sit and be with the dish. Enjoy it. Relish
it.
7.Whatever is your hobby – take it up – be it painting, stitching,
cooking, gardening, reading – just about anything and do it at least for 15mts
daily.
8.Do re-birth meditation with anger daily.
