For giving the feedback – just feedback – honest, naked truth about it. People usually want to buy favours or GOOD NAME and come back with feedback only when they can PROJECT A GOOD IMAGE. But, SHOWING UP however one is, in all sincerity, honesty and without any beating around the bush – well that by itself is a wonderful quality – so rare to go!



I appreciate this nature especially when she exhibits it – again and again….




You will receive reiki once a week every week of this month – hope that is good enough of incentive to be regular in sadhan!

Universe - not all times only benefits the one who is in sadhan but the one who is honest too!

1.     Colour for this month is “White and yellow”. Wear these two colours say 3-4 days per week. You would do well if you can make it 6 days a week. Surround yourself with articles, flowers or just about anything in these colours.




2.     “Hum” – any song, just a line also would do, you can just sing one line of one song and then move to the next song too….. just keep “humming” for 15 minutes daily. Those who get the hang of it, do more. You can hum while doing your daily chores too…..like doing dishes, walking, working on computer….



3.     Chant “OM” 11 times – twice a day – that would be short version.

Chant “OM” for 5 minutes – twice a day – that would be good version.






4.     Do “Re-birth meditation with IRRITATION/ DISGUST” 3-4 times a week.







5.     Do vastu healing 4-5 times a week.

6.     Listen to songs – any genre – 15 minutes a day – even while doing your chores of the day…..
