Sadhan
for March 2026
1. This month wear “Golden colour”
3-4 times a week!
2. Do rebirth meditation with “selfishness”
3-4 times a week!
3. Do hands-on on “THROAT” for 30
minutes daily.
4. Watch the sky/ sunrise/ sunset
say 15 minutes 3-4 times a week.
5. Do “homam” 3-4 times a week.
6. Do “NAVAGRAHA HEALING” 2-3 times
a week.
7. Chant “OM” 7 times daily.
D Do "Brahmari pranayamam" 5 times daily!
***Colour – It is just
not about wearing a dress.
It is about surrounding
with this colour. Those who can’t wear this or any colour suggested, surround
yourself with this colour as much as you can.
Have a photo frame with
golden frame at visible point.
Have your pillow,
bedspread, sofa cover or cushion in gold colour!
Ladies, wear golden
bangles or ear-rings!
Use your imagination.

ReplyDeleteGood morning ....Mam started doing given sadhana, in Feb I visited place called Nemam in tamilnadu one temple called as paramjyoti....and in March i got chance to visit Ganga pur nrusiha saraswati nirgun paduka darshan / enjoying reiki and different experience s , thanks for your guidance 🙏

ReplyDeleteI wasn't doing full body reiki for a long time and tf he effects of not doing were clearly seen on me.
After starting full body and the sadhan mentioned i am feeling much better.
I am feeling happy.
But again discipline is lacking.
Dear Ma'am, I started doing handson and homam after a very long gap. It is almost happening automatically with no effort from my side. I do vastu healing almost everyday. But rebirth I have not been able to do. I will combine it with homam and do for this month. Thank you immensely for everything.
